We process the personal data of:

For what purpose and with what legitimation do we use personal data?

Talent Senior processes personal data to respond to information requests or your queries.

We will process personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Responding to information requests or contact

Talent Senior will use the contact details provided to respond to your requests and queries about our products and services, either using the form on the website or those sent to the contact email addresses published.

Legitimation:

  • Talent Senior’s legitimate interest for this data processing bearing in mind the data subjects’ reasonable expectations to receive a response to their requests.
  • Applications for open recruitment processes 
  • Applications management open recruitment processes

We will process the personal data of people who wish to apply for open recruitment processes for Talent Senior in order to validate the applications for the positions for which they are applying.

Legitimation:

  • Talent Senior’s legitimate interest in managing the applications for the open recruitment processes, bearing in mind the data subject’s reasonable interest in participating in such processes.
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  • Consent expressed by the data subjects when they provide their data through the specific form for such purpose.

Apart from the foregoing, Talent Senior may also process other data. In such case, the data subject will receive the necessary information regarding such processing and Talent Senior will request consent where necessary.

 How long will Talent Senior store the data?

In general, the data will be stored for the time necessary to comply with the purpose for which it was requested and to determine certain liabilities that could derive from this purpose and from the data processing.

Among other things, this means that Talent Senior will store the data subjects’ personal data for the time that the relationship exists and, where applicable, for the time necessary to formulate, file or respond to any potential claims  or to comply with legal obligations in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Once such term has elapsed, Talent Senior undertakes to terminate the processing of all personal data, to delete it, block it or anonymise it as far as possible for the purpose for which it was stored.

To whom will the data be disclosed?

We will not transfer personal data to third parties unless it is necessary to respond to a request, we have a legal obligation, or the data subject has granted their consent.

In the case of the data of the applicants that apply for our recruitment processes, we may disclose their data to companies or institutions that are interested in their professional profile as listed in the terms and conditions for confidentiality and data protections applicable to applications in the Confidentiality Terms and Conditions.

We may disclose the data to companies that provide us with services connected with the normal and administrative activity of the business as the processor, located within Spain and the European Economic Area, within the scope of services such as such as email service providers, web hosting services, hosting servers, SaaS management software, cloud hosting services, etc. International data transfers will not take place.

What rights to data subjects who provide us with their data have?

The data subject can, at any given time, exercise their rights to access, rectification erasure and portability for their personal data processed by Talent Senior, and to objection and processing limitation.

The data subject can exercise such rights free of charge for them and, if necessary, for their representative, by sending signed written requested with a copy of their National ID Card (DNI) or equivalent as proof of identity to:

If there is a representative involved, accreditation must be provided by attaching a written document for such purposes along with a copy of their National ID Card (DNI) or equivalent.

Apart from the aforementioned rights, the data subject also has the right to revoke the consent granted at any given time through the aforementioned process and such revocation shall not have any effect on the legality of the processing before such time. Talent Senior may continue to process the data subject’s data as far as possible in accordance with the applicable law or if any other legitimation remains in force that would justify this.

Talent Senior wishes to remind data subjects that they have the right to file a claim with the applicable Supervisory Authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD).

Updating your Data

It is important that you inform us if there have been any changes in your personal data so that we can keep it up to date.  Otherwise, we cannot be held liable for the veracity of such data and the implication this may have in processing.

Security in Data Processing and Data Storage

Talent Senior hereby states that it has implemented suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure and prove that the processing is in line with the legislation in force and that data subjects’ personal data protection is guaranteed.

For such purpose, it has set up a Personal Data Protection Management System to determine and apply the technical and organisation measures possible  to avoid the loss, misuse, tampering, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided by the users, notwithstanding the fact that online security measures are not always impregnable.
